Pilot Pipeline ("Pilot Pipeline," "we," "us," or "our") provides marketing services for flight schools. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you visit our website or contact us. If you have questions, reach us any time through our contact page.

• Through our AI assistant: if you use the chat assistant on our site, the messages you send and any contact details you choose to share in that conversation.
• By emailing or calling us directly: any information you include.

2. Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically:

• Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general device and browser type, approximate location based on IP address, and how you found us. This is used in aggregate to improve the site and is not used to personally identify you.
• Cookies: Google Analytics sets cookies to measure usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and follow up about our services.
• To provide, operate, and improve our services and website.
• To send you information you asked for. We don't send spam, and if we ever email updates you can opt out at any time.
• To understand and improve how the site performs, through analytics.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited ways:

• Service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you. Today that includes our website host and form provider (Netlify) and our analytics provider (Google). They process data on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.
• Legal reasons: if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to respond to you and provide our services, and then only as long as reasonably necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've given us, or to stop contacting you. Just reach out through our contact page and we'll take care of it. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the European Union), you may have additional rights over your personal information, and we honor those requests.

7. Third-party links

Our site links to other websites, such as our social media profiles. We're not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we don't operate, so please review their policies.

8. Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for flight school owners and operators, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. That said, no method of transmitting data over the internet is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page, and material changes will be posted here.
