▸ COMMUNITY & GIVING BACK

Giving back, on the ground and in the air.

The work we do for flight schools is only part of who we are. Away from the business, both founders put real time into their communities, Jonathan on the ground and Ryan in the air. Here is where that time goes.

▸ ON THE GROUND

Jonathan Bowman

FOUNDER · MARKETING

Mechanics on a Mission

Jonathan volunteers with Mechanics on a Mission, a group that puts reliable vehicles into the hands of people who cannot get dependable transportation to work. For a family, a working car can be the difference between keeping food on the table and falling behind. The mission is simple: keep people moving forward, even when their own wheels have let them down.

Music City Dream Cars

At Music City Dream Cars, a high-end exotic car rental company Jonathan previously owned, giving back was built into the business. Over the years he partnered with local causes again and again, turning a fleet of dream cars into real money for people who needed it.

▸ IN THE AIR

Ryan Johnson

FOUNDER · CFI

Ryan keeps his giving where his heart is, in aviation. When he is not flying or instructing, he is in the hangar with a wrench, helping keep airplanes and the people who love them in the air.

Commemorative Air Force · Camarillo, California

Ryan has spent hours helping restore vintage warbirds with the Commemorative Air Force in Camarillo, working hands-on through engine rebuilds and full aircraft refurbishments. It is the kind of work that keeps living history flying, one part and one weekend at a time.

Downwind Flight Club · Murfreesboro, Tennessee

Closer to home, Ryan currently volunteers and flies with Downwind Flight Club in Murfreesboro. He pitches in on the maintenance that keeps the club safe and airworthy, from annual inspections to engine work, and then puts those same airplanes to good use in the sky.

▸ WHY IT MATTERS

We show up for our communities. We show up for you.

The same care we put into these hangars and garages is the care we put into your flight school. When you work with us, you are working with people who do the work, on the ground, in the air, and for your business.
